Designed by Vico Magistretti in 1993, it has as its characteristic the innovative support base of the mattress in supporting slats that rise without interruption to form the headboard. Tadao is available in traditional American walnut or in natural American walnut, mat or glossy lacquered in white and ivory in the finishes with a warm textured surface: Sand-colored style, Epoque in white and gray or in the new River walnut dark or light gray finish. The slats are connected to each other by a ribbon of nylon gros-grain.
